  I just bought eFlow X2 from here and it’s great and I enjoyed riding it! The seller Ms Sharon is really responsive and easy to communicate with and even advised me with the correct board for my preference. I’m new in this eboard thing and got all my questions answered which lead me to proceed buying this. Already tried it on tarmac and it’s run smoothly, just a bit rough on a very rough tarmac. 😄😄😄

  It is super worthy!! The website stated that you can travel for 28 km/h at max, but due to upgraded ESC (in my understanding), this product allow you to travel up to 40 km/h!! (not dare to try oftenly since it is on Pro mode). Previously i ve used a single motor hub electric skateboard and i bought it cause the seller proclaimed it to be able to withstand maximum load of 120kg which is quite ridiculous. but this seller did specify and suggest me on which board should i get. The best part is, the customer services :10/10! The seller even asked buyer for updates and if there is any trouble regarding the product bought. Kudos!

  Excellent service by this seller. Even though delivery was to East Malaysia, recieved the board in 14 days which was earlier than expected. The board is awesome, 1st time for me riding an eboard but it wasnt so hard to get a hang of it. The acceleration and braking is gradual and suitable even for beginners. Even my kids love it. Thank you.

  Since I’m new to e-sb, I started with reaching out to the staff (Sharon) via Facebook, just to enquiry a few things regarding electric skateboard and which product is suitable for my use case. I’m looking for a PORTABLE electric transportation (skateboard/scooter etc) since I’ll be using it during my daily commute in KL (public transport). Therefore, lightweight and compact is the most important criteria that I’m looking for. The staff really helped me through the process and managed to answer all of the questions I have! I decided to get the backfire mini since it’s the lightest and most powerful e-sb out there, you can just search it on youtube there’s alot of review about it. The thing I like about this board is the slick design, the top part I’m planning to buy a griptape to cover the battery compartment since I don’t really change the battery that often and voila you’ll have a perfect slick eboard! Awesome customer service and will recommend to friends who’re looking for eboard for sure! Thank you!

  Superb customer service. Replies every question I have and does not complain if I asked a lot of questions. The skateboard came in great shape and the price of it can be feel through the weight of the board. I bought the Ownboard W1S, which is the long one. I will really recommend the mini version if you are want more for your buck but at the same time you take public transport. But if you dont mind carrying it as a form of exercise, by all means get it. The board flexes well and all my friends had rode on it and the board did not break! if you are not sure of buying which one, just contact them and they will help you through thick and thin. just dont expect them to reply in the wee hours of the morning!
